Baynes Weed Pull – Take Two
Join us at Baynes Rd Reserve to help pull weeds and make the park look awesome!
This second event will remove any remaining weeds. So if you missed the first one, grab your gloves and join us for a fun and rewarding weed pull session at Baynes Rd Reserve! This is a chemical free event. We’ll be meeting in person to help spruce up the reserve and make it a nicer place for everyone. It’s a great chance to enjoy some fresh air, meet cool people, and do your bit for the environment. All skill levels welcome – just bring your enthusiasm!

Parking
Its best to park at the Red Hill Rail Trail car park on the corner of Point Leo Rd and Callanans Rd, then cross the road into Baynes Rd. Baynes Rd reserve starts here and you can take the 2 minute walk to our work site. Volunteers will be there to assist.
Toilets
Public Toilets are located at the Red Hill Rail Trail car park on the corner of Point Leo Rd and Callanans Rd, which is a 2 minute walk. Kids will need to be accompanied across Point Leo Rd.
Pets and Kids
Pets cannot attend, sorry. The work is suitable for kids over 10 years old, that are accompanied by adults.
What should I wear?
Long pants, sturdy enclosed footwear, long sleeves, gardening gloves, hat, suncream, water. Tools are provided.
